We recognise the importance of economic and social development, and we contribute to its realisation in many ways. In this context, we have a responsibility to encourage and support development that can be sustained environmentally, socially and economically for the lasting benefit of those involved.
Quite simply, we have tried and continue to try to be concerned about where our garment after care industry will be in 5 to 10 years. And what we need to be doing to remain relevant to our customers then. Since our initial days in 2010, our view has been less about the short term survival view and more about the longer term sustainable view.
And so we have defined our goals and objectives as finding a solution for the aftercare of garments which is best for people, the planet, and profits. In other words, optimal sustainability.
We will continue to evolve and grow to enhance sustainability in an environment where businesses seldom survive beyond a generation.
We place the highest importance on safety and are committed to ensuring that all work by our staff is carried out in a safe environment.
We make this policy meaningful by understanding that as an employer, we have a general obligation to provide and maintain a workplace that is safe and without risks to the health of the people within it.

The great majority of garments and household articles clean very satisfactorily. Occasionally, however, our dedicated staffers may recognize a potential problem and ask you to sign a release form before processing the item. This procedure is to notify you that there is a potential problem and certain risk in proceeding. It may be a question about colorfastness, the resistance of one component to the cleaning process, or a question of the age of or weakness of the fabric, such as with wedding dress preservation.
The main purpose of the release form is to alert you to the possible problem. If you agree, the item will be processed with extreme care and returned to you in a usable condition. However, if damage does develop, Washline will not be held responsible since it has warned you of the risk and obtained your consent to proceed.
The Key management staff of WASHLINE has been involved in projects and campaign with reputable organizations’ and government agencies in the past wherein an array of experience and diversity has been brought to the Washline team.
